With disrupted supply and irregular orders from the Lord Provost Marshal, Palanite Enforcer patrols are forced to claim and work territories in the underhive in order to maintain operational capacity.

In a Dominion Campaign, Palanite Enforcer patrols are treated just like any other gang in most respects; instead of beginning the campaign with a Settlement Territory, they start with a Palanite Precinct Territory that they cannot lose, representing their base of operations. They can take control of unoccupied Territories during the Occupation phase and they can seize control of Territories from other gangs during the Takeover phase. They claim Territory Boons just like every other gang, and gain enhanced Boons for a Toll Crossing Territory as if they were an Orlock gang, and from a Drinking Hole Territory as if they were a Delaque gang.

Unique Territory – Palanite Precinct

Fortress, gaol and place of execution, a Palanite precinct-fortress is the authority of Lord Helmawr, stamped boldly into the very structure of the underhive in rockcrete and plasteel for all to see.

Territory Boon

This Territory grants the following Boons:

Income: The gang earns D6xl0 credits from this Territory when collecting income.

Reputation: While they control this Territory, the gang gains +1 Reputation.

Recruit: If this gang deleted at least one fighter from their Gang Roster this postbattle sequence, they may add a single Palanite Enforcer Rookie to their gang for free.
